Listen up, superstar—PlantChi is a one-woman show at the moment, which means every sprinkle of magic gets packed with care (and probably a snack break in between). We ship Monday through Thursday, but give us a few days to process your order before it flies your way. Good things take time—like sprouting a seed or perfecting the art of the dramatic pause.

As for returns? Since we’re talking food here, we can’t take anything back—but if something’s off, don’t ghost us. Hit us up at hello@plantchi.life, and we’ll make it right.
